Holotropic breathwork

Well, I have to share the experience I had this evening because it was probably the coolest one I had so far. I attended a workshop mentored by Mustafa Kartal, which is called holotropic breathwork and I witnessed how rithmic breathing can cause very rapid changes in the level of consciousness. I literally experienced a state of trance and ecstasy. So this probably will be a milestone and a very important discovery to me, keep following me:)

ZEITGEIST the MOVIE

I've just watched a documentary named Zeitgeist;Addendum, which is the second of a series and I say everybody should watch it! In short it shows how the system ruling the world currently( american monatery system) sucks and what could be done alternatively. The concepts told aren't that surprising but interesting thing is someone from the inside(John Perkins) confesses them. Author of Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.
